Make 2012 Yours

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope your 2012 is a good year.

I'm determined to have a positive slant on life this year. I have lots to look forward to: the Queen's Diamond Jubilee; the Olympics in London; youngest Darling Daughter's eighteenth and my BIG 50!
But unfortunately so far 2012 has had a dreary start. The weather here is nothing short of awful; it is cold and wet and windy, yuk! And I am full of cold...so taking a positive slant on things, I probably wouldn't have gone out today anyway!

Enjoy 2012, make it yours!

  3. That's a fabulous photo - lovely smiles. :)

The weather here yesterday was also vile but today the sun is out and the sky is bright shiny blue. It's wonderful after the recent gloom.

I hope your cold clears soon - my hubby is also full of it and is quite miserable. In fact at 10.40 he is still asleep! :)

  6. The weather is so depressing! It will change soon I am sure. I have everything crossed for this year being a good one.

  7. Thanks for the lovely comments everyone.
I must give credit for the photograph to my Father-in-Law. He took it in 2010 for a 2011 family calender, but it remains one of my favourites.
My cold has almost gone but the weather here is still awful and very, very windy. Thankfully, Spring is just around the corner:)
